Chipped Paint and Lighthouses

Knowing that we were not going to be able to get a close-up of the lighthouse we went to see on Christmas day, I had to stop and capture the lighthouse reproduction that stood sentinel in the lawn beside the walkway to the beach.


I fell in love with the vibrant chipped paint on this thing.



And the surrounding scenery - well, it wasn't rocks and sea, but it was definitely worth shooting!
