Piper's Law

Wednesday, October 31, 2007

When Mama wants to make dinner, Piper wants to play with Mama.

When Mama wants to talk to Piper, Piper wants to play by herself.

When Mama wants to feed Piper, Piper wants to look around.

When Mama wants to eat, Piper wants to eat more.

When Mama wants Piper to sleep, Piper wants to be awake.

When Mama wants to play with Piper, Piper wants to sleep.

It's not the parents who reverse the psychology on the children. The children are really reversing it on the parents. We're just learning how to think backward so we can survive.

Or is it learning to think forward?
