Tomorrow, life as we have known it will change. Our world is spinning out of control. The things we wanted to live and to have and to give to our children may not be possible anymore.

It's not worth holding our breath. Or freaking out. Or being fatalistic. Our life, if it is in God, will still be in Him who holds tomorrow. His presence will go with us, and He will give us rest. His Kingdom is not of this world. America is not the promised land.

I cherish His sovereignty the most when the world explodes. It's not going to take God by surprise. His heart for us will not change. We have nothing to fear. Nothing can separate us from the love of God.

Take heart. He is our salvation. Our hope is in Him who made heaven and earth, who holds the king's heart.

Even so, come Lord Jesus.

Amen!

We don't know who will be in the White House, but we know Who is on the throne! There is great peace in Christ. I feel so blessed!

Life is always changing and always spinning out of control. If you're speaking of the election in particular that is changing life as we know it, it's not going to change it any more than some of our past Presidents have changed life.

Either one will be a bad president, but the country has had a lot of really bad Presidents. Some of them were wildly popular and had supporting Congresses to back them up. Some of them did some really horrible things, like concentration camps for American citizens.

Something tells me we'll make it through this one too, no matter which flavor of "bad" is elected.
